1363.02 REQUIREMENT HEIGHT OF WIRES OVER PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.

Any installation or replacement of any wires, such as but not limited to, electrical, telephone or cable, shall be installed not less than fifteen feet above the roadway in the street right of way over the pavement area.
