1361.08 FENCES FOR SWIMMING POOLS.

In order to protect the safety of the inhabitants of the City, the Chief Building Official may issue permits for construction of fences for the purpose of enclosing swimming pools which may have a height and/or locations other than prescribed in this chapter.
