1361.05 ELECTRICALLY CHARGED FENCES PROHIBITED; RESTRICTED USE OF BARBED WIRE AND CHAIN LINK FENCES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No electrically charged fence shall be constructed, erected or maintained in the City.
   (b)   No barbed wire fence shall be constructed, erected or maintained in any residential district with the exception of lots located in Suburban “5” Districts that are in excess of ten acres and when such lots are being used for the raising of domestic animals.
   (c)   No chain link or mesh wire fence shall be constructed in any residential district unless the barbs, unfinished and sharp edges on the fence are pointing toward the ground. The top edges of all metal fences constructed, erected or maintained in any residential district shall be of a smooth finished continuous material.
