1359.14 INSPECTION; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Chief Building Official or Health Commissioner shall inspect or cause to be inspected all pools at such times as he may deem necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter. The Health Commissioner and the Chief Building Official or their duly authorized representatives are hereby authorized to enter upon any premises, private or public, to take samples of water from the pools at such times as they may deem necessary and to require the owner, proprietor, or operator to comply with the provisions of this chapter. In the event of the failure of compliance after due notice with any provisions of this chapter, either the Chief Building Official or the Health Commissioner has the power to abate or remove the cause of any menace or hazard to public heath and safety and to cause a suspension of the use of a pool until such time as the same is in their opinion, no longer a menace or a hazard to public health and safety.
