1357.01 DEFINITION.

As used in this chapter, "public or quasi-public building" includes school, assembly hall, hospital, theater building, drive-in outdoor theater building, hotel, club building, office building, store, motel, warehouse, factory and any other commercial building not herein specifically mentioned of a same or similar type.
