1353.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each offense. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense, and any builder or contractor who installs any gas meter in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be liable for the penalty imposed by this section.
