(a) Organization Signs (National Service Clubs). One directional sign shall be permitted at the approximate location of each Municipal boundary line intersected by a major arterial highway. Such sign shall be devoted exclusively to information, identification, location and meeting dates of all service clubs, and the placing and erecting of the sign shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
(b) National or State Recognition Sign. One sign for any group of the City which has received State or national recognition shall be permitted at the approximate location of each Municipal boundary line intersected by a major arterial highway. Such sign shall be devoted exclusively to the recognition of such group and the placing and erecting of the sign shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
