One planter-type sign shall be permitted in lieu of a free-standing pole sign, provided that the premises was not the result of a lot split and providing the sign is on the business premises and does not exceed thirty square feet per sign face; is at no point closer to the front line or side line than five feet; does not exceed eight feet in height from the established grade level and does not interfere with traffic visibility.
