Additional signs to those above shall be permitted as follows: One sign, not exceeding fifty square feet per face on the site of a building under construction and only while under a valid building permit which may bear the names of the future occupants, architect, engineers or contractors engaged in the construction and located not closer to any lot line than one-half the required building setback distance from that lot line.
