No sign or other advertising structure as herein defined shall be located in a right of way or obstruct any driveway, door, window, fire escape or opening intended to provide light, air access or egress for any building or structure.
This section shall not be construed to prohibit the affixing of temporary windows bills on or about any window, glass partition or other structure in the interior of any building.
No sign or other advertising structure as herein defined shall be attached to a standpipe, or other emergency fire fighting appliance.
