All rights and privileges acquired under the provisions of this chapter or any amendment thereto, or deemed near licenses, revocable at any time for failure of the permittee or owner to comply with any provisions of this chapter, by the Chief Building Official, and all such permits shall be subject to this chapter.
The Chief Building Official or his representative, in case of the applicability of one or more sections of the Codified Ordinances, shall determine which sections are to govern.
