The manager or caretaker of a duly licensed mobile home park shall provide a registration book and keep a complete daily record of the names and addresses of the occupants of each mobile home admitted to the mobile home park, the automobile license and the mobile home license numbers and furnish copies thereof to the Chief of Police upon demand. The record shall be subject to inspection by State, County or City officers.
