1345.06 NONCONFORMING MOBILE HOME PARKS.
   Existing mobile home parks or trailer parks not conforming to the provisions of this chapter, shall be considered as a nonconforming use and are subject to the following provisions:
   (a)   Continuation. The nonconforming use of a mobile home park or trailer park lawfully existing at the time this section becomes effective (Ordinance 1970-76, passed June 9, 1970) may be continued, except as otherwise provided in this section.
   (b)   Repairs and Alterations. A building or structure located within a nonconforming park or camp may be repaired or altered, and any building, structure, or portion thereof, declared unsafe by the Chief Building Official, may be strengthened or restored to a safe condition.
   (c)   Extension. A nonconforming mobile home park or trailer camp shall not be expanded, enlarged or extended in any way, unless such expansion is in accord with the provisions of this chapter.
   (d)   Change of Use. A nonconforming mobile home park or trailer camp can have the use of the park or camp if the future use of such land shall be in conformity with the regulations of this chapter.
   (e)   Discontinuance. If a nonconforming mobile home park or trailer camp is discontinued or its normal operation is stopped for a period of one year, the use of the land shall thereafter conform to a use permitted in the zone in which it is located.
