1345.05 SIGNS.

(a) One identification sign or structure of permanent type construction is allowed. The total area of the identification sign shall not exceed forty square feet and shall be limited to eighteen feet in height.

(b) One temporary sign for notification of sale, lease or rental of the premises upon which such sign is placed is permitted. This sign shall not exceed four square feet in size.
