(a) Accessory buildings or structures containing service facilities including the following and similar uses are permitted:
(1) Wash room, laundry facilities.
(2) Recreation facilities limited to those serving occupants of the park.
(b) An accessory building or structure containing no more than one dwelling unit for use by the manager of the park, limited to one such building or structure per park is permitted; such accessory building or structure may also include an office for management of the park.
(c) An accessory building or structure for a carport or garage is permitted.
(d) Off-street parking is permitted provided it is abutting and incidental to another use permitted in this district.
(e) Common house pets, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for commercial purposes are permitted.
