As used in this chapter:
(a) "Mobile home" means any vehicle or similar portable structure having been constructed with wheels, whether or not such wheels have been removed, and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings and so designed or constructed as to permit permanent or extended term living quarters.

(b) "Mobile home park" means any plot of ground that contains twenty or more acres of ground under one ownership or unified control.
(c) "Unit" means a section of ground not less than 3,600 square feet of unoccupied space in an area designated as the location for one mobile home.
