As used in this chapter:
(a) "Master plumber" means a person qualified to perform all types of work in the plumbing trade, including the complete installation, repair, alteration and maintenance of plumbing.
(b) "Residential plumber" means a person qualified to perform the services of the plumbing trade in one and two-family residences only.
(c) "Limited-premises plumber" means a person qualified to perform the usual and ordinary work of the plumbing trade when the person is employed by an industrial or business resident of the City for the specific purpose of providing the work for the premises occupied by the industrial or business resident. This person shall be responsible for keeping a list of work performed upon his employer's premises and for submitting the list to the Chief Building Official once every six months together with applications for permits covering the work contained on the list, and for paying for all fees for the issuance of the permits.
(d) "Master electrician" means a person qualified to perform all types of work in the electrical trade, including the complete installation, repair, alteration and maintenance of electrical installations.
(e) "Residential electrician" means a person qualified to perform the services of the electrical trade in one and two-family residences only.
(f) "Limited-premises electrician" means a person qualified to perform the usual and ordinary work of the electrical trade when the person is employed by an industrial or business resident of the City for the specific purpose of providing work for the premises occupied by the industrial or business resident. This person shall be responsible for keeping a list of work performed in and upon his employer's premises and for submitting the list to the Chief Building Official once every six months together with applications for permits covering the work contained on the list, and for paying for all the fees for the issuance of the permits.
(g) "Master heating and air-conditioning installer" means a person qualified to perform all types of work in the heating and air-conditioning installation trade, including the complete installation, repair, alteration and maintenance of heating and air-conditioning installations.
(h) "Residential heating and air-conditioning installer" means a person qualified to perform services of the heating and air-conditioning trade in one and two-family residences only.
(i) "Limited-premises heating and air-conditioning installer" means a person qualified to perform the usual and ordinary work of the heating and air-conditioning trade when the person is employed by an industrial or business resident of the City for the specific purpose of providing work for the premises occupied by the industrial or business resident. This person shall be responsible for keeping a list of work performed in and upon his employer's premises and for submitting the list to the Chief Building Official once every six months together with applications for permits covering the work contained on the list, and for paying for all fees for the issuance of the permits.
