In addition to any deposits required under this section, the Chief Building Official may also require that a reasonable compliance deposit or performance bond be posted prior to the issuance of a temporary occupancy permit in accordance with Section 1161.08(c) in order to assure that all improvements will be completed prior to final plot plan approval.
