"Lot" means a parcel of land considered as a unit, devoted or to be devoted to a certain use or occupied by a building or group of buildings and accessory uses that are united by a common interest or use, and the open space belonging to the same, and having the required frontage on a dedicated street, County or State road, or a parcel of land having the required frontage on an undedicated street by plat recorded on or prior to date of passage of the Zoning Ordinance, May 21, 1951.
