"Dwelling" means a building designed for and occupied exclusively for residential use including one-family, two-family and multi-family dwellings, but not including hotels, rooming houses, boarding houses, tourist homes, or any rental or lease for all or a portion of the building for a period for a term of less than one month, or tents or trailers.
