The final plat shall contain:
(a) The name of the subdivision.
(b) The location by section, range, tract, lot, sublot, township, city, county, state.
(c) The names and addresses of the owner and engineer.
(d) The scale, not smaller than one inch equals fifty feet.
(e) The date.
(f) The north point.
