(a) There is hereby established a seasonal fee for field maintenance during the summer, at North High School. This fee shall be applicable to adult teams using the field for league games that require the City to maintain the field. The fee for the field maintenance shall be as follows:
Lake County Class "A" Baseball League: Four hundred dollars ($400.00) per season.
(b) The City reserves the right to terminate the use of the fields with a seven-day written notice.
