962.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter as a first time offender is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined in Section 501.99. A second time offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree as defined in Section 501.99. (Ord. 2017-029. Passed 4-11-17.)
