961.04 DUTIES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT.

The Superintendent of the Utilities Division shall manage and supervise the municipally owned utilities which are established pursuant to and will operate under the direction of the Mayor. The Superintendent shall perform other duties, consistent with this office as may be required by ordinance, Council, or as directed by the Mayor.
