939.45 HAULERS.

No hauler shall discharge any septic tank waste or other scavenger waste (waste material generated outside of service area) into any sanitary or storm sewer, manhole, catch basin, or any appurtenances thereto, or into any natural watercourse. (Ord. 2016-025. Passed 5-10-16.)
