939.34 INTENTIONAL DISCHARGE OF A PROHIBITED WASTE.

Any intentional discharge of a prohibited waste or quantity of waste to the sewer system from a pretreatment facility shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. Each such intended discharge shall be considered to be a separate offense.
