All building sewers shall be constructed, laid and connected in accordance with the minimum requirements established by the Lake County Sanitary Engineering Department, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, or by the ordinances of the City, whichever are the more restrictive. Water lines shall not be placed in the same trench as sewers. The water line shall be in a separate trench.
