A deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required and shall be obtained by the Director of Finance from any nonprofit organization for the loan of house numbering lists, which deposit is to be returned upon the return of such list in good order. Such list shall be returned within two weeks. If any page is mutilated or lost, the Director of Finance shall deduct from such deposit one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each such page so mutilated or lost and return the balance to such nonprofit organization.
