The master map and strip map, prepared by Morris E. Nall & Associates and approved by Council on July 31, 1959 and amended by Council on October 12, 1965, and constituting the numbering system of the City of Eastlake, are determined to be, and constitute, the numbering system of the City of Eastlake and shall be officially known hereafter as such system. Council reserves the right and privilege to amend such system or any part of it at any time.
