The owner or occupant shall purchase and install the pipe at his own expense. The Department of Public Service shall assist with trenching of the property and determining the correct grade of the ditch line. Material to be used shall be perforated drain pipe the same size as the driveway culvert. Connection to abutting culverts shall be completed with a collar. Complete installation specifications may be obtained from the Department of Public Service.
