905.09 PLAN WHERE DRAINAGE PRESUMED INTENSE.

When natural ground drainage of the ground area surrounding a lot or plot of land which is filled or graded shall be presumed intense, the owner of such lot or plot of land shall provide protection or other drainage under a plan approved by the Chief Building Official.
