770.04 MARIJUANA BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct a marijuana business in the City without having first obtained a license therefore as provided in this chapter, which license shall be designated as a marijuana cultivation business license or a marijuana processing business license or a marijuana dispensary license.
