The Chief Building Official is hereby authorized to issue temporary sidewalk occupancy permits, revocable at the will of Council or the Safety Director, authorizing the placement of mobile or stationary vending devices at permitted locations on sidewalks in the Business District, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
