(a) Minor Misdemeanor. Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), for each offense, said fine shall not be reduced or suspended. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or non-compliance occurs or continues.
(b) Failure to Obtain or Operate Without a License. Whoever violates or fails to comply with the requirement to obtain a license for an entertainment device arcade or an entertainment device as provided in this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days or both, for each offense, provided said fine shall not be reduced or suspended. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation of non-compliance occurs or continues.
