759.25 SEPARABILITY.
   (a)   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this chapter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
   (b)   All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
   (c)   This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption; provided, however, any person, partnership, corporation or association engaged in the operation of a massage establishment and every person engaged in the business or profession of massage at the time of the enactment of this chapter shall have ninety days in which to comply with the licensing provisions herein.
