757.01 PROHIBITING DISPOSING OF TOXIC WASTE.

No person, firm or corporation shall dump, bury or dispose of in any manner any type of toxic material, including but not limited to, toxic waste and radioactive waste materials on public or private properties within the boundaries of the City.
