The Director of Public Safety, upon recommendation of the Chief of the Division of Inspection or his/her representative, Chief of Fire, or Chief of Police, may at any time revoke or suspend licenses granted under authority of this chapter for the failure to comply with the terms of this chapter or any rules of the State, and in addition thereto, the Director of Public Safety shall have the full power and authority to revoke the license of any firm, person or corporation or association convicted of a felony.
