Each operator of a game room shall provide a responsible adult supervisor having attained the age of twenty-one years for each ten amusement devices or a fraction thereof that may be located on the game room premises. The supervisor shall maintain the decorum of the game room by keeping the aisle way free for passage throughout the game room and shall further control the amount of noise.
