741.15 DISTURBING THE PEACE; NOISE.

No peddler, solicitor or canvasser shall cry his wares in a loud voice or use any noise producing device, nor shall any peddler, solicitor or canvasser commit any breach of the peace in crying his wares or soliciting, peddling or canvassing the sale of his products.
