No person shall peddle, canvass or solicit before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. of any day, with the exception that during the period starting with June 1, through and including September 1, a person may peddle, canvass or solicit between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m.
No ice cream vendor selling popsicles, frozen confections, etc., shall peddle, solicit or canvass before 10:00 a.m. on any day.
