No employee's license shall be issued under the provisions of Section 741.06(b) to any employee of any solicitor, peddler or canvasser exempted from the payment of a license fee by the provisions of Section 741.07, provided, however, every employee of such solicitor, peddler or canvasser shall obtain a charitable solicitation/canvasser license according to the provisions contained in Section 741.07(f).
