(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) Whoever violates Section 717.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense, and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
