713.07 MACHINE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE.
   (a)   All machines shall be designed so as to prevent the completion of the cleaning cycle and the removal of solvent laden garments. A solvent vapor sensing device is recommended.
   (b)   Machines shall interlock to prevent the opening of the loading door when the cycle has started. The loading door shall not be openable in the event of power failure.
   (c)   All equipment shall be kept in repair, solvent controlled to maintain satisfactory cleaning and a log of repairs and filter cleaning recorded by experienced maintenance personnel instructed on the solvent hazards.
