(a) Instruction charts for the customer on the use of the machines shall be conspicuously posted.
(b) A trained operator must be available or on call when the premises are open for business. A telephone with emergency numbers shall be installed.
(c) The following safety regulations, printed in large letters, shall be posted in the customer area:
(1) Skin accidentally exposed to the "perc" solvent should be washed with warm water and soap. Apply lanolin, olive oil or cold cream after drying.
(2) If the eyes are accidentally splashed or rubbed with the hand after handling the solvent, flushing with large quantities of water at room temperature should be done immediately and a doctor consulted.
(3) Do not administer adrenalin to persons accidentally overcome by the solvents.
(4) A sign prohibiting spotting of garments with flammable solvents shall be posted.
