(a) Dry cleaning machines and all equipment incidental to their operation shall be housed in an enclosure excluding any and all other equipment. No open flame burning equipment is permitted within such enclosure.
(b) All machines and equipment shall be placed in a metal reservoir of sufficient capacity to contain all the liquid "perc" contained in the machines, filters and storage receptacles. Means of draining the reservoir by gravity or pump shall be provided.
(c) The enclosure shall be accessible to authorized personnel only. Public access to the machines shall be through the loading door only, which door cannot be opened while the machine is in operation.
(d) Each dry cleaning machine shall be supplied with its own electrical circuit. All switches shall be located within the machine enclosure inaccessible to the public.
(e) Machines shall be designed and electrically wired so as to make the customer loading door unopenable in the event of power failure.
(f) All machines and equipment shall be grounded with a grounding conductor, minimum size No. 10 copper wire, connected to a cold water pipe or as required by the National Electrical Code.
