(a) Plans shall be submitted to the Chief Building Official and a building permit secured prior to installation of coin-operated dry cleaning equipment. Plans shall indicate the layout of all equipment and appurtenances. Separate permits shall be obtained for any electrical, plumbing and other work that may be required.
(b) A license or a certificate of occupancy shall be issued upon final approval by the Chief Building Official and the Fire Chief. Such license or certificate shall be renewed each year upon inspection by the above officers.
