711.05 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

In addition to the permit fee specified in Section 711.02, the permittee shall deposit with the Director of Finance the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to guarantee the removal of extra Christmas trees and that the premises shall be cleared after the Christmas holiday has passed. Such deposit shall be returned upon the order of the Chief Building Official.
