549.11 BLASTING PERMIT.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound, within the limits of the Municipality unless a written permit from the Director of Public Safety has been obtained.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
