(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 501.99 for penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification.)
(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of Section 543.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of Section 543.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day of such violation.
