(a) No person shall disobey any posting that requires the use of, or wearing of, any safety equipment as specified in the posting or the restriction of any specified activities in any park ground or other public lands.
(b) As used in this section, “safety equipment” means any helmet, kneepads, eye protection, or other devices as specified in the posting.
(c) A violation of this section would constitute a minor misdemeanor.
